What part of ILLEGAL you don’t understand? AZ is doing what federal government is not willing to do. It is called “enforcing the law”. As a naturalized US citizen, I strongly support SB1070. In fact, CA should follow AZ step to pass and enforce the law.
It is very concerning that this trend is spreading to other states. Illinois is about to propose similar legistation tomorrow.
