Summary: The ABA Commission on Immigration has undertaken a comprehensive study of the immigration adjudication system and the urgent need for reform. The study, conducted for the ABA by Arnold & Porter LLP, includes an in-depth analysis of the current removal system, as well as detailed recommendations for a full-system overhaul. Come hear the study’s authors, immigration experts, judges and advocates discuss the present system, its shortfalls, and the need for reform. The program will also specifically highlight how individuals can become involved in the reform process, and how to make the necessary changes a reality.
