Video: Matthew 25 – Bernard’s Story

Bernard Pastor, a bright 18 year-old who finished 5th in his graduating class, is a soccer star and a Youth Leader in his father’s church, is in a dire situation. He is in jail awaiting possible deportation to Guatemala, the country Bernard’s family fled as refugees when he was 3 years old. This is the story of how his small town community of Reading, Ohio, and religious leaders, have galvanized support for Bernard, and for the passage of the DREAM Act now being considered in the U.S. Senate.
