Watch via @EndIsolation: 34,000 Sold – How human rights are traded for profit in the United States

October 9, 2013

The United States detains 34,000 people in the immigration detention system ever single day.  Private prisons lobby our government to secure Congressionally mandated quotas to ensure their beds are always filled.  Congress mandates that at least 34,000 people must be held in immigration detention each day.  This is the law, and our tax dollars at work.

Watch the video and sign the petition.  Help us end the quota.  Tell your government to stop trading human rights for profit in the United States.
